Junior Architect

Modifies or creates implementation documents, applying standard architectural techniques and procedures and according to written and verbal specifications with general supervision, collaborates on design and technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project, assists in preparing client presentations and presents project design intent.

Prepares or modifies complex detailed implementation documents and drawings with or without minimal supervision using diverse knowledge of architectural principles, practices and advanced techniques, may lead team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems with limited guidance, may review the preparation of implementation documents by architectural team.

Sr. Architectural Project Manager

Acts as primary client relationship owner, building and strengthening connections through a comprehensive understanding of their project mission, goals, policies, needs and progress, manages the execution and delivery of implementation documents through all phases of projects, including post-occupancy evaluation and sharing/harvesting lessons learned and project impact.

Project Architect

Leads consultants and technical team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and the delivery of implementation documents, works with PIC/PM in developing and managing the production schedule, including effectively defining and meeting deadlines, prepares, reviews and coordinates implementation documents prior to issue, including verifying implementation documents conform to QA/QC and fivD standards, best practice and quality expectations.

Project Manager

Acts as a primary client relationship for fivD projects, building and strengthening connections through a comprehensive understanding of their project mission, goals, policies, needs and progress, manages the execution and delivery of implementation documents through all phases of a project,collaborates on the design process including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, document preparation and construction administration.

BIM Manager

The primary responsibility of the BIM Manager is to implement BIM structure in the company facilitating consistency across all sectors and disciplines ensuring quality in all deliverables and promoting the efficient/effective use of BIM on all projects, leading BIM Execution planning (BxP’s) sessions and assisting project teams in properly setting up their models to comply with office standards and best practices, reviewing project Revit models at key milestones for consistency with company standards, level of development, and efficient modelling practices.
